REFUND POLICY

Paid Courses: Full payment to be made at the time of purchase of the course. However, a customer/learner/student("You") can access the part(s) of a course (if any) that is available for free trial, without incurring any cost. But if you wish to continue pursuing such course after the free trial part gets over, you will have to make the full payment.

Free Courses: You can access the free course(s) as many times you want. No conditions, with respect to payment, are applied.

After purchase of a course is completed, no refund, partial or full, will be provided, unless there is an exception case, which shall be decided at sole discretion by pinkprofessor.org, based on the circumstances of the case. The decision by pinkprofessor.org shall be final and binding.

After the successful purchase of a course, it cannot be exchanged with any other course. To join a new course, you will have to make a separate purchase.

Our courses are designed in the most comprehensive manner such that we provide prior information about the course, its curriculum, objectives, who should take this course, instructor(s) and events(if any).  Moreover, the initial course lessons, material and assessments may be accessible in a paid course without incurring any cost. Essentially, the intent is to provide you an idea about the learning experience and give you an opportunity to decide if the course is actually suitable for you.
